Action mechanism and therapeutic effect of the medication: Hoodia is a natural appetite suppressant. Demonstrates anorexigenic, hypoglycemic, lipid-lowering effects. Increases glucose transport in muscle and liver, and speed of its transformation into glycogen. Lowers blood sugar, absorption of cholesterol and lipids in the intestine. Normalizes cholesterol levels in blood. Reduces levels of atherogenic low-density lipoproteins and, accordingly, the risk of atherosclerosis. Dampen appetite between meals and in the evening.

Hoodia contradictions, precautions and warnings: The drug should not be used in cases of:
