Generic Spiriva is a bronchodilating remedy that blocks m-choline receptors in the smooth muscle of the bronchi. It possesses an affinity to different types of choline receptors including M1 and M5. By inhibiting M3 receptors in the airways the medication relaxes smooth muscles and dilates airways.
