Active Ingredients:

Action mechanism and therapeutic effect of the medication:
Duloxetine inhibits the reuptake of serotonin and noradrenaline, resulting in increased serotonergic and noradrenergic neurotransmission in the CNS. It also suppresses pain syndrome and reduces pain threshold in neuropathic pain syndrome.

• Decompensated angle-closure glaucoma

• Adolescence

Duloxetine side effects:
