Action mechanism and therapeutic effect of the medication:

The drug has an improved formula of well-known Sildenafil pills. Works by blocking an enzyme called phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE5). Makes the blood flow easily to the penis which stimulates erection. However, sexual stimulation is required.

Increases the release of nitric acid in the male body with a subsequent increase in the level of cyclic Guanosine Monophosphate. This allows the penile corpus cavernosa to relax and draw more blood for prolonged periods of time, leading to lasting erections.
