Latisse is the first prescription medication approved for insufficient eyelashes. It makes the eyelashes growing stronger, thicker, and darker. Bimatoprost enhances and prolongs the hair growth phase which increases the quantity of the eyelashes. The therapeutic effect occurs within 8 to 16 weeks of the treatment.
